PlayerInput ≠ Null Anymore (Mostly). New Interactions Available!

Hi everyone!
This week I focused on implementing dialogue options that reflect the core philosophy of ARK Axiom: every choice matters.

Creating the Ink script was one of the trickiest parts of development so far. Tracking conditional flags in multiple scenes while keeping the narrative coherent was like playing 4D chess with a philosophy major whispering in my ear.
But I’m proud of the direction it’s going. Every choice now feels a little more real. Or surreal, in some rooms.
🧪 What’s Next?
- Finalize battle intro animations and turn-based gameplay systems (camera zooms, screen shakes, etc)
- Add music & voice lines for at least one mirror scene
- Set up a rough save system
- Maybe think of changes for New Game +?
